Adult Fitness Cycling

This program (AFC) is designed to focus on fitness and wellness for adults by using the velodrome and workouts designed specifically for that purpose – hopefully while developing new friendships and camaraderie in the community!

Each workout will include a thorough warm-up, a set of endurance intervals, a set of sprint efforts and bike handling drills as a cool down.
Adult Fitness Cycling Participants are required to bring their own helmets.

All VPCC run community programs, training sessions and racing will fully comply with all relevant current state, local and USAC guidelines. Due to the dynamic and ever changing nature COVID and these regulations, specific mandatory protocols for each program/race will be communicated directly to the registered participants per program/event. Compliance with all protocols, signage and staff instructions is mandatory for all participants.
