This program (AFC) is designed to focus on fitness and wellness for adults by using the velodrome and workouts designed specifically for that purpose – hopefully while developing new friendships and camaraderie in the community!
Each workout will include a thorough warm-up, a set of endurance intervals, a set of sprint efforts and bike handling drills as a cool down. Showers and bathrooms are located in the Athletic Center for participants headed to the office after class!
Track Bikes are available for those who need them. Participants are required to bring their own helmets.
