Adult Fitness Cycling

This program (AFC) is designed to focus on fitness and wellness for adults by using the velodrome and workouts designed specifically for that purpose – hopefully while developing new friendships and camaraderie in the community!

Each workout will include a thorough warm-up, a set of endurance intervals, a set of sprint efforts and bike handling drills as a cool down.
Adult Fitness Cycling Participants are required to bring their own track bikes and helmets.

Masks required for all participants when 6′ physical distancing cannot be maintained consistently.

Tuesday and Thursdays: 6:00am – 7:30am

Session 1: July 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30, Aug 4 and 6

Session 2: August 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27, Sept 1 and 3rd
