Bicycle Racing League
The Red Robin Bicycle Racing League, commonly referred to as “BRL,” introduces new riders ages 8-18 with no previous experience to the thrill and excitement of bicycle racing through a one of a kind youth cycling league. Riders who show advanced skills and abilities will have their own training group, racing, and learn how to change the gear ratio on the bike. This is a great chance for younger riders to share the track with riders they look up to and for more experienced riders to start mentoring the next group of riders.
The Bicycle Racing League is offered during the spring and fall annually. Participants are traditionally split up into four or five teams as each team will compete against one another for points, and a Team Champion will be crowned at the end of the season’s Team Finals.
Scott Laliberte and his team of certified coaches manage all classes with assistance from international, Olympic caliber athletes. Head coaches are CPR Certified and First-Aid trained and have extensive experience in bicycle racing and training.
