Admissions is $8 and tickets are only sold on-site. Private vendor spaces are $45 for a 10x10 space and includes two wristbands for admission. The fee for commercial vendors is $200 for a 20x20 spot.

Yes! You can buy multiple spaces.

Vendors can start setting up at 7:00 am. You must pick up your packet prior to 8:00am on the day of the event at the registration booth.

VeloFest will open from 09:00am to 12:00pm.

You must be out of the Plaza and parking lot by 1:00pm for other contracted Velodrome events

VeloFest is a rain or shine event.

All sales are final. No refunds will be given in the event of weather, or any other circumstance. No booth transfers to other VeloFest dates. We thank you for your support of our non-profit dedicated to promoting the sport of cycling as a healthy and educational lifestyle to all.
