Are you ready to take your cycling skills to the next level? The Mike Budjnoski Bicycle Racing League (BRL) offers riders aged 9 to 16 an exciting community-level racing experience through our unique youth cycling league.
All community programs include access to our fleet of 150+ track bicycles, ensuring every registered participant has the equipment needed to ride.

To Register with USA Cycling Membership +Race License
- Proceed to the following web page to get started. Scroll down to the bottom and click on join now to get started.
- During checkout, riders must open the Discount Box near the end of the process to apply the code.
- Race License is FREE for juniors and FREE for the first year for first-time members
- New members must manually add the race license after account creation
- Returning members should review the current USA Cycling fee schedule.
- Obtain your USA Cycling Membership + Race License number

- Complete registration there and submit payment via the VPCC website.
