Valley Preferred Cycling Center Friday Night Infield Access Protocol

The Valley Preferred Cycling Center (VPCC) is a SafeSport facility and this infield policy for Friday Night racing supports the safety of the athletes and people visiting the velodrome.

All registered racers will receive a pass for themselves and one designated support person.  The racers number serves as the athlete’s pass to the infield. The designated support person is to be vetted through SafeSport or a similar database.

Access - Access to the infield is open to authorized participants, support people and event personnel. Authorized persons may enter the infield areas via the bridge or open access points with credentials. Track access opens to the public after the final race and staff open the gates.

Accreditation - Participant accreditation for athletes is their VPCC issued race number. Support people will need to have SafeSport or similar clearance.  Support people will be required to have their accreditation on their wrist.
