Blending sharp endurance talent with national-level results, Otis Engel is ready to make waves this summer at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center. A proud Kutztown High School graduate and current student at Penn State University, Otis rides for Star Track and enters the season with major momentum.

Known for his calm focus and relentless work ethic, Otis has emerged as one of the most promising up-and-coming endurance riders in the country. In 2024, he’s set to take on a full calendar at TTown, including a targeted run at the prestigious Madison Cup.

• Strong finish at the Madison Cup at the VPCC
