Named USA Cycling’s Developmental Team of the Year in 2022 and a USAC Center of Excellence for the past three years, Edge provides a comprehensive multi-year “childhood to champion” development platform. The three-tiered program begins at the Foundation Level where young beginning athletes learn the skills, tactics, and technical abilities necessary to advance to the National Development Program.  Athletes who meet the highest standards take the step into the International Development Program, where they are prepared to compete in the world’s largest competitions. 

Athletes at Edge also participate annually in a leadership training program, where they learn and hone personal behavior skills necessary to perform as athletes and teammates, but also to become leaders and champions at school, work, and in their personal lives.  

The 2025 season presents great challenges.  While the August National Championships in Colorado is the season’s major event for most riders, the greater focus is on keeping their noses to the grindstone and building powerful engines capable of going toe-to-toe with the best in the world.   Edge Cycling invites the local community to come out and watch some of the preparation that goes into building an elite athlete.  You can look at the edgecyclingteam.com website to find training times.  The riders and coaches would love to meet you and answer your questions.

Join In on the Edge Cycling Challenge Friday Nights!

Edge Cycling has a fun challenge for you!  This year, Edge will feature a rider on each of six Friday nights of the 2025 season.  After the racing, come down and meet the riders and collect their personalized sticker.  Collect all 6, reveal the message on the stickers, and earn a chance win a free Dolan bike!
